Firstly, check your eligibility.
Complete the form below with a preferred contact time and together we find a suitable testing day.
When we have a date, we will remind you 48 hours before your test to make sure you are ready.
On the testing day, you will be visited by a team of 2 people, the Optician, and the Dispensing Assistant which will look after your optical requirements.
