Clinical care, delivered properly at home
At HomeSight and HomeSound, we provide eye care, hearing care, earwax removal and aftercare for people who may struggle to attend a high street practice.
Our patients are often older adults, housebound patients, care home residents or families arranging care for a loved one. The work is personal, practical and clinically important.
We are looking for caring, reliable and well organised people who want to deliver proper care in the patient’s own home, with enough time to listen, explain clearly and do the job properly.
The kind of clinical job we wish we'd had at 25
People come for the autonomy and stay for the patients.
Care that comes to the patient
Our work removes barriers for people who may struggle to travel. That means the care can make a real difference to confidence, communication, independence and quality of life.
Proper support from the office team
You should not be left to manage everything alone. The coordination team supports bookings, patient information, care home communication and follow up.
Domiciliary work with structure
Home visits need planning. We aim to organise diaries sensibly, reduce unnecessary travel and give clinicians the information they need before arriving.
A growing hearing care service
HomeSound is being developed to support hearing checks, earwax removal, hearing aid fittings and ongoing aftercare for home visit patients and care home residents.
Ethical recommendations
We believe in clear advice, transparent pricing and recommendations based on the patient’s needs.
The patient stories you'll never forget
The reason most of us stay. For example, hearing aids or glasses fitted on a 90-year-old who hasn't heard or seen their grandchildren clearly in a decade. That kind of stuff.
Roles we're hiring for
Filter by team to find your fit. We hire steadily through the year and we'd rather wait for the right person than rush.
