# Clinical care, delivered properly at home
At HomeSight and HomeSound, we provide eye care, hearing care, earwax removal and aftercare for people who may struggle to attend a high street practice.
Our patients are often older adults, housebound patients, care home residents or families arranging care for a loved one. The work is personal, practical and clinically important.
We are looking for caring, reliable and well organised people who want to deliver proper care in the patient’s own home, with enough time to listen, explain clearly and do the job properly.

### What working here is really like
- You are not working through a rushed retail clinic. You are visiting patients where they live, often with family members, carers or care home staff involved.
- The work can include home eye tests, hearing checks, earwax removal, hearing aid fittings, repairs, aftercare and clear reporting back to families or care homes.
- The right person for this work is calm, professional, patient and comfortable working independently while staying connected to the wider team.

Home visits need planning. We aim to organise diaries sensibly, reduce unnecessary travel and give clinicians the information they need before arriving.
### A growing hearing care service
HomeSound is being developed to support hearing checks, earwax removal, hearing aid fittings and ongoing aftercare for home visit patients and care home residents.

We believe in clear advice, transparent pricing and recommendations based on the patient’s needs.

Spend half a day on the road with one of the team. The best way for both sides to know if this is right.

If there is a fit, we will confirm the role, expected duties, pay structure, compliance requirements, onboarding documents and start date.
